Everything you need to know about VPNsurf.com and using a VPN.
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and a remote server. Your traffic goes through that server, so your real IP address is hidden and your data is protected from eavesdroppers. You get more privacy, better security on public Wi‑Fi, and the ability to access region-locked content. See our glossary for more terms.
No. We operate a strict no-logs policy. We don’t store your browsing history, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. Your activity stays yours. For more on what “no logs” means, see our glossary.
Yes. One subscription covers multiple devices—desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone. Install the app on each device and sign in with the same account. You can stay protected at home, at work, and on the go.
Yes. A VPN can help you access streaming content from other regions and keep your streaming traffic private from your ISP. Connect to a server in the country whose catalog you want. For details, read our VPN for streaming guide.
Yes. Public Wi‑Fi (hotels, cafés, airports) is often unencrypted or weakly secured. A VPN encrypts your traffic so that anyone on the same network cannot see what you’re doing. We recommend turning on the VPN as soon as you connect to public Wi‑Fi. See using a VPN when you travel for more.
A kill switch blocks all internet traffic if the VPN connection drops. That way your real IP and traffic aren’t exposed until the VPN reconnects. It’s especially useful on unstable or public networks. You can enable it in the VPNsurf.com app settings.
Sign up, download the app for your device, and log in. Choose a server (or use the automatic option) and connect. Your traffic is then encrypted and routed through the VPN. For more on how VPNs work, see our why use a VPN and glossary.
